Referral program
Good coaching is worth sharing.
$150 for your school. $150 for theirs.
If Stroll has changed how coaching works in your building, you probably know a principal who'd want the same. Introduce us. When their school joins, they take $150 off their first year and you take $150 off your next renewal.
For schools and districts with a current Stroll subscription. Every discount goes on a school or district invoice, never to an individual.
- $150off your next renewal for each school that joins
- $150off their first year, on top of volume pricing
- No limiton how many introductions you make
How it works
One introduction, two schools that save.
You introduce
Send us their name with the form below, or have them mention you when they request a demo.
They see Stroll
We reach out once, say you sent us, and walk their team through it on their schedule.
They join
The referral counts once their first-year subscription is paid.
You both save
$150 comes off their first invoice. $150 goes on your next renewal.
Schools and districts
Same rule at any size.
Every school that joins earns $150 for both sides. A principal introducing one school and a superintendent introducing a whole district work the same way.
Principal to principal
Introduce a school
Tell a colleague across town or across the state. Their first year is $1,350 instead of $1,500, and $150 comes off your next renewal. If your district pays for your school, the credit goes on your school's line of the district invoice.
District to district
Introduce a district
When a neighboring district joins, each of its schools takes $150 off its first year, after volume pricing. Your district earns $150 for each of those schools on its next renewal. Each side can save up to $1,500 per introduction.
Try it: introduce a district
8 schools at $1,200 each, less $150 per school.
The fine print
Short, and in plain English.
Who can make a referral?
Any principal, coach, or district leader whose school or district has a current Stroll subscription.
What counts as a referral?
A school or district that's new to Stroll, is not already talking with us, and signs and pays for a first-year subscription. If they're already in conversation with us, we'll tell you right away rather than at renewal.
When does my credit apply?
Once the school you introduced pays its first invoice, we set aside $150 per school for your next renewal. Credits add up. If they ever exceed your renewal total, the rest rolls to the following year. Credits have no cash value.
Does it stack with volume pricing?
Yes. Volume pricing comes first, then the referral discount. A school priced at $1,200 under a district plan pays $1,050 its first year.
Can I refer a school in my own district?
Yes, as long as that school isn't already under a Stroll subscription. If your district pays for its schools together, each new school also lowers the per-school rate for everyone.
Is this okay for public school employees?
The program is built for public schools. Every discount is a price reduction on a school or district invoice. Nothing goes to an individual: no gift cards, no cash. If your business office wants the terms in writing, we're glad to send them.
Does Fieldwork count?
Referral discounts apply to Stroll software subscriptions. Fieldwork is quoted separately and isn't discounted.
What if two people refer the same school?
The first introduction we receive earns the credit. We'll let the second person know.
Make an introduction
Who should see Stroll next?
Tell us who they are. We'll reach out once, mention that you sent us, and keep you posted.
Would they rather reach out themselves? Have them request a demo and put your name and school in the "Did someone refer you?" box. That counts too.
